Carl-Oscar Østerlind has studied in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Los Angeles with Torleif Thedéen, Morten Zeuthen and Ralph Kirshbaum. In 2010, he won the Danish String Competition. Carl-Oscar is the recipient of many scholarships including the Jacob Gade Scholarship. He gives concerts both nationally and internationally – in Europe and the USA. He currently studies in Los Angeles. Carl-Oscar Østerlind plays on a cello by Giovanni Grancino, 1703, generously on loan from the Augustinus Foundation.
