Carl-Oscar Østerlind – Cello

Carlo600x800er uddannet i Stockholm, København og Los Angeles med Torleif Thedeen, Morten Zeuthen og Ralph Kirshbaum som undervisere. I 2010 vandt han Den Danske Strygerkonkurrence. Carl-Oskar har modtaget flere legater blandt andet Jacob Gades Legat. Han har givet koncerter både i ind-og udland, herunder i Europa og USA. I øjeblikket studerer han i Los Angeles. Carl-Oscar Østerlind spiller på en cello af Giovanni Grancino, 1703 venligst udlånt af Augustinus Fonden.


Carl-Oscar Østerlind has studied in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Los Angeles with Torleif Thedéen, Morten Zeuthen and Ralph Kirshbaum. In 2010, he won the Danish String Competition. Carl-Oscar is the recipient of many scholarships including the Jacob Gade Scholarship. He gives concerts both nationally and internationally – in Europe and the USA. He currently studies in Los Angeles. Carl-Oscar Østerlind plays on a cello by Giovanni Grancino, 1703, generously on loan from the Augustinus Foundation.
